I. The contract is concluded with Hotel Guglwald GmbH upon payment of the voucher.

To keep order costs as low as possible, you can pay for vouchers directly by credit card and receive them free of charge via email. You may also pay in advance via bank transfer from anywhere in Europe. However, vouchers will only be sent once payment has been received.
If you choose to order by cash on delivery (only within Austria), we will cover €3.50 of the Austrian COD fee of €4.50. You will only be charged €1.00 for COD delivery.
Cash on delivery is not available outside of Austria.
For postal delivery, a processing fee of €2.50 will be charged.
III.
Only individuals aged 18 and above are authorized to make purchases in our online shop.
IV. Prices and Products
The purchased vouchers, which include VAT, cannot be redeemed for cash.
If the amount consumed is less than the voucher value, you will receive a credit for the remaining amount.
Invoices including VAT can only be issued at the time the service is actually rendered—that is, when the voucher is redeemed (pursuant to Austrian VAT law).
We assume no liability for delayed delivery via postal service.
Vouchers are only valid once the full payment has been received.
Please note that our prices may vary. When redeeming a voucher for accommodation or a package, the amount actually paid will be deducted from the final bill.

Vouchers include the applicable VAT. The VAT will be accounted for at the time the service is used.

By accepting our terms and conditions, the customer agrees to receive promotional information from Hotel Guglwald. Your data will not be shared with third parties.
VIII. Exchange and Returns
If a voucher does not meet your expectations, you may return it to us within 14 days of receipt.
A written declaration of withdrawal must reach Hotel Guglwald within this 14-day period.
However, the right of withdrawal does not apply if the service has already begun during the withdrawal period.
This right of return only applies to customers who qualify as consumers.
